| Last Christmas Orders 2011 |

| Please note that we will be accepting Christmas
orders upto 3pm on Tuesday 20th December. We cannot guarantee pre-christmas
delivery on any order placed after that date. |

| Payment by Solo Cards |

| From 31st March 2011 we will no longer be accepting
payment by Solo cards following withdrawal of the Solo payment scheme
by Mastercard. |

| Upgrade to Website and Store |

| We have been making changes to the methods by which
we take credit card payments. All online credit and debit card payments
will now be made through the secure gateway Actinic Payments (powered
by Credit Call). When selecting Credit or Debit Card as your payment
method in the checkout you will be directed away from Memories-Online
to a secure payment site for verification of your card details and
for pre-authorisation of payment by your bank or credit card provider.
You will then be returned to Memories-Online.co.uk to conclude your
order. Payment will only be taken when your goods are ready for despatch
and not at the time of placing your order. Payment can still be made
by credit or debit card when placing telephone and mail orders in
the normal way. |
